Well, so far 2007 has started off with a BANG! Haven't been under 151 lbs for more then a few hours yet. Oh, Complusive Over Eating is the worst.
I hate being fat and pimply and a dwarf. One day, I want to be really beautiful like this model I just found on Supermodels. nl named Oksana Tkachuk (http://supermodels.nl/oksanatkachuk/pi ctures/1). But Enough model talk. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO ABOUT ME?????????? It seems like will never EVER beat this COED! All I want to do is eat and eat and all I think about is eating. I'll never achieve my goal weight. What I wouldn't give to be taller and skinner, to have some magical pill to correct all this. I'm cursed, that's what I am.

If you do your own food shopping you should deffinately just buy healthier food. Take a day where you have a lot of time. Read the labels. Find the healthier choices of the lot. Work out a list of foods you need to ban. Not necessarily because they are bad for you but because once you start you just can't stop eating them. For example I can't get rice crackers or rice cakes. If I have one I will always go "just one more" until I eat the packet :S Same with chips.
I don't know what else to say to help you. Sometimes its a state of boredom and unstimulated mind. So keep active in your life find stuff to stimulate you. Have some celery sticks and chopped up carrots ready in some water in your fridge. so when you are bored and you just feel like something to chew you can just grab a celery stick or 2 and have a chew on them.
*hugs* don't necessarily look to super models too I don't want to encourage you to become outrageously skinny and remember lots of them don't look like that befor they get their hair and makeup!
